Virtum platform · Private development Managed services · Available

Your technology. Connected.

An operating platform for your technology: one place to build, deploy, plan, run and secure the applications and infrastructure your business depends on.

Available now Managed websites — designed, built and run for you by Virtum

The platform

Everything you run, in one place.

Servers, sites, tickets, findings, runbooks, docs: today they sit in separate tools that don't talk to each other. Virtum brings them into one platform that sees how they fit together, and does the work with your approval, at your pace.

One system

Seven services. Not seven more tools.

Each one works from the same picture of what you run, so work moves between them without anyone retyping it.

01Builder

Private development Design partners Q1 2027 · wider access Q3 2027 (targets)

Build in the browser. Ship when you approve.

Change your site or app in a browser workspace and see it live as you go. A coding assistant can do the heavy lifting; nothing is pushed until you approve it.

  • Browser workspace with live preview and a visual design canvas.
  • AI coding sessions that propose changes and wait for your approval.
  • Release to Deploy in one step, with hosting, TLS and monitoring.

02Deploy

Private development Design partners Q1 2027 · wider access Q2 2027 (targets)

One live fleet. Every change approved.

Every device, server and site in one place — enrolled with a single command, patched in stages, monitored, and changed only with approval.

  • Staged patch rollouts that halt and roll back on their own.
  • Monitoring and alerting with maintenance windows and change freezes.
  • Approval-gated actions on devices, sites and cloud servers — all recorded.

03Planner

Private development Design partners Q1 2027 · wider access Q2 2027 (targets)

Plan the work, see what it changes.

Projects, boards and tasks linked to the devices, findings and systems they touch — with the assistant keeping them up to date.

  • Boards, dependencies and the critical path in one place.
  • Time, templates and recurring work without a separate tool.
  • Goals and portfolio health across everything in flight.

04Operations

Private development Design partners Q1 2027 · wider access Q2 2027 (targets)

Requests and incidents, evidence attached.

A service desk, self-service catalogue and incident console that keep the timeline, the evidence and the fix together.

  • Service desk with a self-service catalogue and approvals.
  • Incidents, on-call and status pages through to the postmortem.
  • Change risk shown before you approve anything.

05Security

Private development Design partners Q1 2027 · wider access Q2 2027 (targets)

Findings that get fixed, not filed.

Vulnerabilities ranked by real-world exploitation, fixes proposed from the finding, and a rescan that proves it is closed.

  • Findings prioritised by what attackers actually use, with SLAs.
  • Propose, approve, verify a fix without leaving the finding.
  • Compliance evidence on a tamper-evident record.

06Docs

Private development Design partners Q1 2027 · wider access Q2 2027 (targets)

Docs that know what you run.

A knowledge base linked to the systems it describes, answering questions with citations from what is actually running.

  • A living knowledge base with search and cited answers.
  • Your estate documented automatically as it changes.
  • Imports from Confluence and Notion, with owners and review cycles.

07Academy

Private development Design partners Q2 2027 · wider access Q3 2027 (targets)

Train on the systems you actually run.

Coming in 2027: courses, assessments and practical labs built on your own environment, not a demo.

  • Courses and lessons with scored assessments and certificates.
  • Cohorts that assign learning to the right people.
  • Practical labs (2027) that will restore and verify your own systems.

Underneath it all

One picture of everything you run.

Devices, deployments, findings, docs and people, linked in one live model that every service reads and writes. Every answer starts from the same facts.

Controlled rollout

Opening carefully, one service at a time.

Each service is in private development and opens through Early Access and our Design Partner programme. What you can buy today is a managed website.

Platform services

Managed is what we do for you. The platform is what you'll use yourself.

You don't have to run anything yourself on day one. We deliver it as a managed service first, and open self-service tools only when they are ready and useful.

Same work. Your choice of control.

Start managed. Take more control only when you want to.

A managed website isn't thrown away when the platform opens. The work stays the same; only who drives it changes — at your pace, never forced.

Virtum designs, builds, hosts and looks after the work. You ask for changes; we make them.

Design Partner programme

Help shape Virtum.

A small number of customers work closely with us as platform services move out of private development. Early website clients are often the best fit: their real work shapes what gets built next.

What design partners get

  • A direct relationship with the Virtum team
  • Controlled access to the platform tools relevant to them
  • Commercial terms agreed for the programme
  • A real say in the workflows they rely on

In return we ask for genuine use and regular feedback. Places are limited and every application is reviewed; we don't promise dates or specific features.

Questions

Straight answers.

What can I buy from Virtum today?

A fixed-scope or bespoke website build, an independently selected hosting and care plan, and optional SEO or advertising services.

Do I pay for the website and hosting separately?

Yes. The website build is a one-off project. Hosting and care are separate monthly services, chosen for the support you need.

Do I have to buy SEO?

No. Basic technical SEO foundations are included in the build. Monitoring and active SEO are optional ongoing services.

Does my advertising budget come out of the management fee?

No. Virtum charges a management fee; media spend is set and paid directly through your own Google or Meta account.

Do prices include VAT?

Virtum Cloud Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to these prices. Your written quote confirms the final figures before anything is agreed.

Can Virtum manage Microsoft 365, cloud or IT support for us?

Not yet. Managed IT services, such as Microsoft 365, Teams and telephony, cloud set-up and infrastructure support, open gradually after managed websites. Tell us what you need and we will be in touch as the relevant service opens.

Can I use the Virtum platform now?

The platform is in private development. You can create an account and request early access; every request is reviewed by hand, and access is opened gradually to selected customers and design partners as each service is ready. Each service shows a target quarter for design-partner access: an estimate we update in public, not a commitment.

What happens when I create an account?

You get a Virtum account and a clear view of where things stand. It does not open the platform by itself: from there you can request early access, and we will let you know by email when we have reviewed it.

What is a design partner?

A customer who works closely with us, often starting with a managed website, and gets controlled access to the Virtum tools relevant to them in exchange for real use and regular feedback. Places are limited.

What if I need something Virtum does not do yet?

Tell us. Customers are not expected to self-manage technical systems from day one: Virtum handles delivery as a managed service first. Where a real customer need cannot yet be handled inside Virtum, that need becomes a product roadmap item.

Do you guarantee rankings or uptime?

No one can honestly guarantee search rankings, and we do not. We engineer for reliability and monitor continuously, but we do not promise 100% uptime.

Connected accounts

Your Google and social accounts, managed in one place.

Virtum is a business management platform for small businesses. A business using Virtum can connect its own Google accounts (YouTube, Google Business Profile and Search Console) and its Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and X accounts, to publish the posts, videos and updates it has written and approved in Virtum, and to see its own results, such as views, reach and search performance, on one dashboard.

  • You connect an account by signing in on Google's (or the network's) own page and choosing what to share. Virtum never sees your password, and you can disconnect at any time.
  • Virtum only publishes what you approve and only reads your own accounts' results, to show them to you.
  • Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models. Virtum does not use Google APIs or Google user data to create or alter images or video of people, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
  • Virtum's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
