Virtum Docs
Docs that know what you run.
Documentation, runbooks and reports wired to the real systems they describe.
Private development Design partners Q1 2027 · wider access Q2 2027 (targets)
Why it exists
Documentation goes stale the day it is written.
Runbooks live in someone's head, service reports take days to put together, and nobody knows which page to trust. Docs links every page to the systems it describes and flags it when they change, turns runbooks into procedures that actually run, and builds reports from verified evidence.
How it works
Write or import → Link → Keep fresh → Answer and report
- 01Write or importWrite in the editor, or bring in Confluence, Notion and git.
- 02LinkPages connected to the assets, incidents and findings they describe.
- 03Keep freshOwners, review dates and alerts when the real system changes.
- 04Answer and reportQuestions answered with citations; reports built from evidence.
In practice
Documentation that keeps up
A firewall rule changes in Deploy.
The network design page is flagged: what it describes has changed.
Docs drafts an edit to bring it up to date. Its owner approves it.
Someone asks "how do we restore the database?" and gets an answer with sources.
The service report builds itself from verified evidence.
Who it's for
Built for the people who run it.
IT and engineering teams
Documentation you can trust.
Service providers
Client reports that write themselves.
Everyone
Answers without asking around.
How it connects
Connected to everything else.
Work passes between Virtum's services on its own. Nothing is retyped, and nothing falls between tools.
