Roadmap
What Virtum offers now, next and later.
We start by doing the work for you: websites today, then the rest of your IT. The platform we run it on opens to selected customers one service at a time, led by customer demand and readiness. Where we show a quarter, it is a target we update in public, not a commitment.

Managed IT services
The rest of your IT, run by Virtum. These open one at a time, starting with what customers ask for most. Each is described by the outcome you get, not the hours we spend.
-
Microsoft 365
Admin requests handled and evidenced, your tenant kept to an agreed security baseline, and joiners and leavers handled on time. You keep your own global admin.
-
Device care and patching
Every in-scope laptop and server brought to the agreed patch level and verified, with any exception dated and owned.
-
Backups you can prove
A restorable copy at the agreed recovery point, proven by restore tests that actually ran — not just a green tick.
-
Security hardening
Vulnerabilities fixed and verified, or carried as an owned, time-limited exception. Reported as fixed, never just "detected".
-
Monitoring
Your systems monitored continuously, with alerts routed to people who act on them.
-
Support desk
Requests answered within agreed response times by a named team, and a queue you can see.
-
Cloud set-up
New cloud environments set up properly from the start: accounts, access, backups and monitoring in place.
-
Documentation
Your IT documented and checked against what is actually running, with stale pages flagged.
-
Networks, co-managed
Monitoring, inventory, configuration backups and out-of-hours response, while your own engineer keeps design and firewall policy.
-
Teams and telephony
Set-up and coordination around the phone platform you choose. We coordinate it; we do not replace it.
How we'll run it. People supervise every change. You keep ownership and admin of your own systems; we work through access that is time-limited and recorded. Where your own team already handles something well, we work alongside them instead of replacing them.

- 3AssistedAsk for a change, review what the assistant proposes, approve what runs.
- 4Self-serviceRun it yourself in the Virtum platform, at your own pace — or never.
