Website terms
The terms for using this website, creating a Virtum account and requesting early access. Last updated 25 October 2026.
About these terms
Virtum Cloud Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17239759. Registered office: 38 Beechfield House, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 0LP, United Kingdom. On this page, "Virtum", "we" and "us" mean Virtum Cloud Ltd.
You can contact us at sales@virtum.cloud, or about your personal data at privacy@virtum.cloud.
By using virtum.cloud you accept these terms. They cover the website and Virtum accounts. Using the Virtum platform through Early Access is also governed by our Early Access terms. Any managed website or other service we provide is governed by the written proposal and service terms we agree with you, which take priority over anything on this website. Where we process personal data on your behalf in any of these services, our data processing terms apply.
Business use only
Virtum's services are for businesses and other organisations, including sole traders, acting for the purposes of their trade, business or profession. They are not offered to consumers, and by creating an account, requesting access or buying a service you confirm that you are not acting for personal or household purposes.
Prices, packages and quotes
Prices and package descriptions on this website are a guide to what we offer. Virtum Cloud Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to these prices. Nothing on the website is an offer that can be accepted: the price, scope and terms of any work are those in your written quote or proposal once we have both agreed it. Paid Virtum platform plans are not on sale yet; when they are, they will be sold through our reseller, Paddle, which adds VAT or sales tax where it applies.
Roadmap and future services
The roadmap, the services described as coming next or in private development, and any target quarters describe our current plans. They are not commitments: we may change, delay or withdraw them, and you should not rely on a future service being available at a particular time or in a particular form when deciding to buy something today.
Accounts and early access
- You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Creating an account does not give access to the Virtum platform. We review early access requests individually and may approve, decline, limit, pause or end access at our discretion.
- Anything in the platform available through early access is provided while it is in development. It may change, be unavailable or contain errors, and your use of it is governed by our Early Access terms.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, to harm others or to interfere with Virtum.
Using the website
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload it, or scrape it at scale. Do not submit false enquiries or content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.
Our content
The website's content, design, text, graphics and software belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for your own use in considering our services, but not copy, republish or exploit it otherwise without our permission.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are based in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
