Virtum Planner
Plan the work, see what it changes.
One plan for everyone doing the work, people and agents alike, tied to the systems it changes.
Private development Design partners Q1 2027 · wider access Q2 2027 (targets)
Why it exists
A plan that does not know your systems cannot be trusted.
Project tools know nothing about your servers, findings or deployments, and agents need clear, approved tasks to work safely. Planner turns a request into a plan, splits it between people and agents, and ties every task to the real systems, so progress comes from the work itself, not from status updates.
How it works
Describe → Plan → Assign → Track
- 01DescribeSay what you want in plain language.
- 02PlanPlanner expands it into epics, tasks and acceptance criteria, and asks what it needs to know.
- 03AssignYou decide which work goes to people and which to agents.
- 04TrackProgress, time and results are written back from the work itself.
In practice
From brief to delivered
You paste a two-paragraph brief for a customer portal.
Planner returns a plan: 4 epics, 31 tasks, 5 questions for you.
You answer, then assign 19 tasks to agents and 12 to people.
Agents have delivered 11 tasks, each tested and approved before it landed.
The standup shows what moved, what is stuck, and why.
Who it's for
Built for the people who run it.
Team leads
Lead mixed teams of people and agents.
Product owners
Turn ideas into plans you can trust.
Service providers
Deliver projects for many clients from one place.
How it connects
Connected to everything else.
Work passes between Virtum's services on its own. Nothing is retyped, and nothing falls between tools.
