Design Partner programme

Help shape Virtum.

The Virtum platform is in private development. From Q1 2027, a small group of customers will work closely with us as its services open: controlled access to the tools that matter to them, in return for real use and regular feedback. Applications are open now.

Early managed-website clients are often the best fit: their real work is what shapes the platform. Places are limited and every application is reviewed by hand.

What design partners can receive

  • A direct relationship with the Virtum team
  • Controlled access to the platform tools you need, as each opens
  • Preferential commercial terms agreed for the programme
  • Structured onboarding and migration assistance
  • A real say in the workflows that matter to you
  • An early move from managed delivery to the platform's own tools, where it suits you
  • The opportunity to become a Virtum case study, subject to mutual approval

What we ask in return

  • Genuine use cases and real workloads or operational problems
  • Structured feedback, regularly
  • Willingness to test relevant capabilities
  • Participation in periodic product discussions
  • Optional case-study participation, only if both sides approve

What we don't promise

Unlimited bespoke development, permanent discounts, guaranteed roadmap priority, exact delivery dates or every requested feature. Being accepted does not, by itself, open the platform: access is agreed as part of the partnership.
